Heavy Stocks Are Creased Before Folding

250gsm, 300gsm and 400gsm Silk stocks are professionally creased to reduce cracking. Folding is completed by hand where required. Selected lower quantities without lamination may qualify for same-day production, subject to artwork, capacity and cut-off time.

Which folded leaflets can be produced on the same day?

Selected half-fold leaflets from 100 to 1,000 copies on stocks up to 170gsm may qualify. Selected 250gsm, 300gsm and 400gsm Silk jobs without lamination can also qualify at lower quantities when creased and hand folded.

What happens with 250gsm, 300gsm and 400gsm stocks?

Heavy stocks are professionally creased to reduce cracking. Folding is completed by hand where required.

What is the standard turnaround?

Most quantities up to 25,000 are normally available in 3–4 working days. Quantities from 50,000 to 100,000 are normally 5–7 working days.

What is the difference between C fold and Z fold?

A C fold rolls the panels inward, while a Z fold alternates direction like a concertina.

Can you help prepare the artwork panels?

Yes. Select design support and we can help with panel order, fold allowances, bleed and safe areas.

Can I collect from Barking?

Yes. Collection is available from Barking, with London courier and UK delivery options.
